How to File a Claim
If you encounter an issue with your order, follow these steps:
- Contact the Supplier: First, try to resolve the issue directly with the supplier through our messaging system.
- Open a Dispute: If you can't reach an agreement, open a dispute through your order page within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide Evidence: Submit relevant documentation including photos, videos, inspection reports, and communication records.
- Mediation: Our dispute resolution team will review the case and work with both parties to reach a fair resolution.
- Resolution: Depending on the outcome, we may facilitate a refund, replacement, or partial compensation.
